angry? frustrated? get out a journal and write really huge and really hard in all caps. break the lead. scrape holes in the paper. scribble with rage. it helps.
That's what journals are for. I always need mine whether it is just to write about how my day went or to write about how happy I am about something and sometimes it a really big help when I am frustrated with someone. I write everything in my journal.
