They are just strips of nail polish that you stick on and file the excess off. My mom got me bright yellow and this black lacey kind for Valemontimes and I'm OBSESSED!! They come with packs of nine different sized strips for each hand, and a little stick to push your cuticles back, and a baby file. They seriously last for like two weeks and if you put a good top coat on (recommended), they don't chip. Plus they come off with nail polish remover.
Look at alla them patterns. I want EVERY ONE! (Friends, my birthday approaches! Wink)
They are $8.50 at Walmart, but I haven't looked for them anywhere else. LOVEY LOVE. TRY IT.
