make this now.

I need to share this with the world. My bff Ham put this treasure on her blog and I fiiiinally got around to making it. 5 minute chocolate mug cake. I'm a chocaholic. No denying. And five minutes?? Hook me up.

4 Tablespoons flour
4 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons cocoa powder
1 Egg
3 Tablespoons milk
3 Tablespoons oil
3 Tablespoons chocolate chips (optional) (but why on earth would you NOT put them in??)
A splash of vanilla extract (that just sounds fun)
1 Regular old coffee mug that we've all got tucked away in our cupboards. Microwave safe, kids.

Mix up the first 3 dry ingredients in the mug. Then add the egg and mix well. Then add the milk and oil and mix well again. Then add the chocolate chips and vanilla. Stick it in the microwave for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will start to rise precariously above the mug and freak you out but do not fret! It won't overflow! Let the little beauty cool for a minute then dump it out onto a plate steaming and smelling scrumptious. Adding a dollop of vanilla ice cream is a must. EEEEAT. Could happily serve two people. So easy and soooo goooood.
